Hi all, as you’re all aware I’ve always been extremely forgiving for no shows and never truly implemented a no show fee.

However it’s happening so often now that it’s genuinely affecting my income not to mention affecting my extremely busy schedule.

❗️Going forward a 50% fee of the total bill will need paid. If this is not paid then all future appointments will be CANCELLED until it’s paid ❗️

I rarely send out reminders so please keep an eye on when your appointment is. Send me a message if you need a reminder.

Folks can we please make sure we’re toileting our dogs before leaving them for their groom?

Several dogs coming in with bone dry feet and needing to p*e as soon as they’re set down on the ground.

It’s not comfortable for them to have to hold it in for the whole groom and not fair for me having to clean up in the house after multiple dogs every day

I am CLOSED 9th-19th July.
I am also CLOSED EVERY SATURDAY in August (except 1st & 22nd MORNING ONLY)
So if you’re usually in on a Saturday message asap and we’ll have to find an evening slot.
With so many closed days during these months it’s gonna be hard to get a slot so book in sooner rather than later 😬
