🐾 Important Update 🐾
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am currently operating as the sole groomer within the salon.
As a result, I have had to reduce the number of appointments available each day and, unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate any additional customers at this time.
With the added responsibilities of running the salon alongside grooming, there may be a temporary increase in the time required to complete your dog’s groom. Please be assured that I will not be rushing appointments. My priority will always be maintaining the highest standards of grooming, safety, and providing a calm, stress-free environment for every dog in my care.
Things that can significantly impact grooming times include:
• Repeatedly calling the salon throughout the day
• Entering the salon whilst your dog is being groomed on the table
• Arriving significantly early or late for appointments
• Dogs toileting in the salon and requiring additional cleaning and care
• Walk-in customers booking appointments during grooming sessions
I kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation during this period. Your patience and support are truly appreciated and help me continue providing the best possible service for your dogs. There will be a delay on the messages on social media.
📅 Please remember to PRE-BOOK your appointments wherever possible, as I am unlikely to be able to fit in last-minute bookings.
I am on annual leave from the 10th- 26th June and the salon will be closed.
