Hello everyone apologies for the nagging post 🖤

Can everyone please be mindful of time keeping and late cancellations 💛

I've worked 19 days straight to get caught up on cancelled/rescheduled appointments both on my part and yours to be no further forward, I've had -

2 not turn up
4 cancel with hours notice
3 turn up over 15 minutes late
2 I've waited over 50 minutes to be collected 🤦🏽‍♀️

This is a pre-warning that this can not happen in December, I'm working every day in December to get everyone in but there is no room for error, if you miss your appointment you miss out 💚

If your more than 15 minutes late I might not have time to complete a full groom but you still owe for the full appointment 🧡

So me and emz have an idea for the shop and I'm asking all my customers to send me ONE picture you love of your dog 🖤

This can be a picture I've taken after their groom, one of them asleep, as a puppy, on a walk, mid jump, at the beach, anything 💚

If you have more than one dog this can be one picture each or as a group 🧡

This can be a picture of those who are sadly no longer here 🤍

I want pictures of ALL Divine k9s dogs 💛
