25 Years GOODBYE CELEBRATION
That’s it, it’s a wrap, final dogs groomed and a fantastic celebration meal at the Furzleigh Mill with Lottie and Sarah B.
We forgot to get pictures! So much to talk about!
We would like to thank you all for your wonderful gifts, Wine, Prosecco,Champagne, chocolates, gift cards and more, we feel very lucky and now need to go on a detox retreat 😂.
You have made it so memorable and we have made some amazing friendships and formed some lovely bonds with your amazing dogs. We will miss you all. Thank you😘

A SAD DAY 😥

It is with a heavy heart that we need to inform you that A Clipping Good Time will be closing its doors on 30th September 2023 after 25 years of trading. I have sent emails to you all so hope you have had time to pick them up.
We have encountered many events over the last four years, trees falling on the building, Covid, Re building some of the property, uncertainty with our side and of course the ever increasing prices.
Sarah B and myself have worked together now for 20 years and we have both thoroughly enjoyed meeting each and everyone of you and more importantly your beloved four legged friends. It has been a pleasure and I have never not wanted to come to come to work, I have loved it.
I have met some wonderful groomers and students who I will remain friends with forever(sorry🤣 you know who you are). A huge thank you to all of the Saturday girls who have been great fun and provided me with some fantastic memories, a special thankyou to Lottie Hornby , I will miss you greatly.
We have decided to make some life changes, I had to decide now before I become too old and my grey matter starts to fail! I have successfully gained a role as an Emergency Care Assistant for South West Ambulance Service with the view if I am successful to train as a paramedic.
Sarah B has been training and practising for the last 10 years in counselling and psychiatric care and has gained herself a role also in the NHS working as a Psychological therapist.

We would like to thank you for your continued support over the years and wish you well for the future. I have enclosed a list of local groomers who I have contacted and asked if I can share their details. These groomers are all booked up for September so I recommend that you keep your appointments with us, we want to say farewell, but look to book your next appointment now with your new groomer.
We are happy to pass on any information to them if requested to help with the care of your dogs.

We are now closed for the Easter weekend and it’s a Happy Easter from Dora who is fully aware that chocolate is poisonous for dogs😀.
