Our customer had unfortunately lost their only key to their Merc, who were just packing their car for travels.

🔓Gain access via picking the locks
🛠️ Removed the EIS unit, to be able to program a new key to the car, on bench
🔑 Decoded the locks to cut a new emergency blade

A very stressful situation for our customer who’s car key had failed on her on return from to the car after a food shop.

She contacted the AA, who diagnosed likely a key related issue. The AA contacted us to assist. 🔑

⚒️ Unfortunately the key had failed and was no longer syncing to the car.
🧑🏻‍💻Our locksmith programmed existing & new key to vehicle
🔑 Cut emergency blade

A very stressful situation for our customer who had lost their only key to their Rover 25.

🔓Gain access via picking the locks, which is non destructive
🔑 Decoded the locks to cut a new blade
🛠️ Removed the central control unit, to be able to program a new key to the car.

Customer had issues with his EIS (electronic ignition switch). His key would lock and unlock his car, but the key would not turn in the EIS to start the car. After some diagnostics from our locksmith Mark, the customer required EEPROM work on the EIS unit to get the Merc going again.
