Our store is the largest independent pet store in the area and we believe we have the most comprehensive selection of pet products in Newry & Mourne. Our customers' interests always come first and we sell products based on our customers' needs, not on price or profit percentage. Pet care is a huge field and we continuously train staff and ourselves about as many aspects of pet care as we possibly
can. We listen to our customers and pass on recommendations about different products that work for different conditions. If a customer requests a product that we do not currently stock, we do our best to get it in for them. We deal with both Irish and English suppliers as well as suppliers from as far afield as Germany. Our store is one that we hope customers feel comfortable coming into. You are welcome to come and browse, take the kids to play with the animals or hold a snake, and please do not feel any pressure to buy anything - indeed, several of our customers have commented in the past that it's a bit like taking the kids to the zoo only better, because you don't have to pay an entrance fee. We have a large fish selection as well as all the other sections you would expect to find in a pet shop. We cater for dog, cat, small animal, reptile, fish, cage bird, wild bird, poultry and pigeon.
