๐ข Housekeeping Notice
Iโd like to take a moment to remind all clients about the importance of our booking, cancellation, and confirmation policies.
To keep things fair and running smoothly for everyone, please note the following:

All bookings, reschedules, and cancellations must now be made through the booking website.
Appointments made via message will no longer be accepted. The booking system keeps everything organised, fair, and properly recorded.
โฐ A minimum of 48 hoursโ notice is required for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment may result in full payment, as outlined in our policy.
๐ฒ All appointments must be confirmed via the reminder text sent out 2 days before your booking.
If an appointment isnโt confirmed, it may be released to another client on the waiting list.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected events can happen โ in genuine cases, Iโll always do my best to be understanding and accommodating. However, these policies are essential to protect the business and ensure fairness for all clients.
