Can I please remind people that I work school hours to accommodate my children. It seems to happen alot these past few months where people are not turning up to collect their dogs within a reasonable time of being informed they are ready. Late fees will be applied.

We have decided to open our books up to new clients with a selection of breeds in particular that we are looking for.

-Schnauzers
-West Highland White terriers
-Airdales
- Pomeranian
-Yorkshire Terriers
Or similar breeds.

All short haired breeds welcome. We will be running special offers for short haired breeds on
**Monday 23rd May**

** Saturday 4th June**

Good morning!

I'm going to attempt to change the way I take bookings. As most people probably know I can be slow to respond and alot of the time it's because I open a message and simply forget. I have looked at online bookings but I've not found any programmes that I'm happy to work with.

As you can imagine I get alot of messages on various platforms and I'm finding it overwhelming keeping ontop of it, I get personal Facebook messages, WhatsApps, texts, business suite etc etc so from now on I will only be responding to booking requests via e-mail. I have set up a separate email specifically for people to contact me to make appointments. By doing this all my bookings requests will be in one place and I'm hoping it will mean people won't slip through the net and get forgotten about.

Good morning all 🎅
I have been avoiding writing this post for some time but unfortunately due to the price rise in everything from shampoos, to blades, servicing equipment and energy bills I apologise that after Christmas there will be a price increase.

I know that I have already put my prices up for Poodle crosses recently and please note this will stay the same for those who I have already increased.

The price increase will be according to breed. I have various breeds I have been undercharging for so will be reviewing this over the Christmas holiday to set my prices in line with other local groomers.

Please also note that I no longer offer multi dog discounts. Ultimately the groom still takes the same amount of time, energy, product etc so I am cutting myself short by doing this.

I hope everybody understands . For those with any problems with regards to my pricing structure feel free to contact me privately to discuss.

**Please note all new clients are now required to pay a deposit of £20 to secure an appointment which is non refundable if you cancel with less than 24hrs notice. I've always avoided doing this but since I've began accepting new clients this is happening frequently. The deposit of £20 will be deducted from the bill on the day of the groom. **
