We have been amending our policies to allow for the recent ( and forecasted ) periods of extreme heat 🥵. In particular our cancellation policy

🐾 Booking & Cancellation Policy 🐾
We know that life with dogs can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. We always try to be as flexible as we can while making sure everyone has a fair opportunity to enjoy the park.
🤦🏻♀️ If you need to cancel
* If you let us know more than 24 hours before your booking, we’re happy to offer you either a full refund or move your booking to another available date and time.
* Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking cannot usually be refunded, as it’s often too late for us to rebook the slot.
Need to change your booking?
Whenever possible, we’re happy to help you rearrange your booking if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We’ll do our best to find another time that works for you.
⏰ Running late?
Please remember that your session will still finish at the booked time so that the next visitors can enjoy their slot on time.
❌ If you don’t attend
If you don’t arrive for your booking and haven’t let us know, your booking will be treated as a no-show and we won’t be able to offer a refund or transfer.
⛈️ Bad weather
Our park is open in most weather conditions, so please dress appropriately for the forecast. However, if we ever need to close the park due to severe weather or for safety reasons, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of a full refund or a new booking.
🥵Hot Weather & Extreme Heat
Your dog’s safety will always come first.
During periods of very hot weather, we encourage all owners to carefully consider whether it is safe for their dog to exercise. Every dog copes with heat differently, and even a gentle walk or play session can become dangerous in high temperatures.
If the forecast predicts extreme heat, we may recommend moving your booking to a cooler time of day, such as early morning or late evening. In exceptional circumstances, where we believe conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to close the park temporarily. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reschedule your booking or receive a full refund.
WARM WEATHER ☀️
If you choose to attend your booking during warm weather , please ensure your dog has access to plenty of fresh drinking water, avoid strenuous exercise, take regular breaks in the shade, and leave immediately if your dog shows any signs of heat stress.

We understand that genuine emergencies do happen. If something unexpected occurs, please get in touch as soon as you can. We’ll always do our best to help where possible.
