Hi everyone I hope you are well and staying safe... It doesn't look like this madness is ending anytime soon and have been advised that lock down is to continue for at least the next 3 weeks... I will therefore sadly be unable to resume walking the doggies until things improve.... I am missing all the fur babies and hope that all is as well as can be... take care.... Deb x

Well it's been a difficult week... I would like to express my sympathy to those of you suffering at this tragic time 😔 ... It has been decided with much deliberation that Up and Running is going into isolation for the next two weeks... I would like to apologise to my customers and hope that you will all stay safe 💕 it just remains for me to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your kind support and understanding because without you we would never have succeeded.... I will miss you all and your fur babies and once again STAY SAFE 💕
