Firstly, thank you for your support and staying with us after Vicki handed over the reins. We've enjoyed seeing familiar faces still coming through the door at our new premises.
Can we ask that our customers can please give us at least 24 hours notice, where possible, when cancelling an appointment.
Weve had a number of customers that have let us down last minute and this has a big impact on us as a small business.
We understand that in some circumstances, things do come up last minute and the 24 hours notice isnt always possible, but as per our T&Cs we ask for a 50% cancellation fee to help cover our income loss.
Weve had 4 customers since the start of the year cancel their appointments last minute and ignore our request for our cancellation fee, this is over £300 of income lost.
Please could we ask that you do your upmost to let us know about cancellations in good time where possible and where its not possible, respect our T&Cs and treat us with the respect we show you and your lovely dogs.
