We have received notification that a complaint has been lodged with trading standards regarding the sale of crocodile feet at our establishment..
We appreciate your initiative in contacting them, as it resulted in a comprehensive inspection of our premises. The inspection covered all aspects of our operations, including raw food, treats, and dry kibble. The inspectors commended the cleanliness and maintenance of our shop and products, with the exception of items from Lulu Kitchen, which were deemed unsuitable for sale.
As previously stated, the sole impediment to the sale of these items is the non-compliance of their packaging with current UK regulations due to them not having a batch number for traceability.
Looks like we will be giving all lulu kitchen products to Royalbullkennel as am sure they will love the exotic animals along with all our lovely customers that have tried them.
Trading standards will be contacting us once they have done their research on lulu kitchen, So that they know they are sourcing the crocs from registered crocodile farms, and once they find out they are we will have them back in stock for everybody that was enjoying them for their furbabies.
The crocs feet are sourced from a crocodile meat farm for humans which means its less animal waste being wasted based in Northern Australia 🇦🇺 and are made in Newcastle Australia, But anyways no harm done u filthy animals. Nothing but low life jealous 🐀
We will inform all our customers soon as we hear back from trading standards about stocking all these amazing exotic products again 👑🐊
Don't panic for any customers that have purchased these products its nothing to do with the product itself its just the packing doesn't state a clear batch number which is mandatory when selling under the trading standards act.
