☀️☀️ Heat Warning – Potential Closure ☀️☀️

Due to the rising temperatures and in line with our commitment to keeping your dogs safe and comfortable, we are closely monitoring conditions in the salon today.

If indoor temperatures continue to rise beyond a safe level, we may need to temporarily close the salon for the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in our care. 🐾

We will keep you updated in real time and notify you as soon as possible if any appointments are affected.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Stay cool and keep those paws in the shade! 🌡🐶❄️

Please be advised we are still currently booking up 3+ weeks in advance.

When booking your dogs grooming appointment please take this into account as we will not be able to give you an immediate appointment. We are running a cancellation list which take priority when any last minute slots become available.

If you do need specific days / times please try book in advance when possible.

☀️ ITS SUMMER ☀️

Although we love the sun, dogs can overheat quickly in this weather ….. we’re doing everything we can to keep the salon as cool as possible but if you have a grooming appointment and you know your dog struggles with the heat then please drop us a message to re-arrange… we will not charge a cancellation fee, but please do let us know if you can’t make it… no shows will still be chargeable.

We are keeping a close eye on the temperature in the salon, and if the thermostat inside reaches 26 degrees we will be closing.

Please bear with us for re-arranging appointments as we are still extremely busy so may not be able to get you back in
right away.
