I just wanted to share a little update and say a big thank you for all your continued support.
As some of you know, alongside running my grooming business, I’m also currently juggling another job and working night shifts. This does mean that at times, I may not be able to reply to messages straight away or as quickly as I’d like.
Please know I am always doing my absolute best to get back to everyone as soon as I can, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding when replies take a little longer 🐾
To help me stay organised and give each dog the time and care they deserve, I’ve put a few systems in place (like online booking), which really help me keep everything running smoothly. Going forward, all new clients will need to make bookings via my online booking system only 💻🐶
If you are already a regular client, you’re still more than welcome to message me directly to book as usual 💛
