Had a great day yesterday. Finished a fence for a great customer ( to get a great customer tag depends on how many cups of tea we get! ) then off to Corriegarth Estate where I was asked to sponsor the novice sheep dog trial. It was really good to see them have a novice section and a beginner section. I think a lot more trials should try doing this as getting young folk interested in sheep dog trialling is important.
Quick stop off back at home for a shower and change of clothes, and on to the Nairn Show - Nairnshire Farming Society trophy presentation evening. A really good night had by all, with great food from Forbes Farm Fresh as usual, and a good giggle after the presentation!
