Morning everyone!

IT's the time of year when I have to do some tewaking on prices as I get my year end bills in from suppliers. I will let anyone affected by know as and when you are in.

Just a reminder that the summer agility season is fast approaching which affects what I will have available!

Currently now fully booked until May and sporadic appointments available over the summer, so make sure you are booked ahead, especially if you can only manage certain days!

Severide is more excited than his face says I assure you 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Merry Christmas everyone! Have a lovely day!🐾 🎅🎄⛄️🥂🐾

Thank you for all the business and trust you all have in me to look after your pooches!

🧬🦠Kennel Cough🧬🦠

There seems to be, as always, another hit of Kennel Cough maybe doing the rounds at the moment. Dog vaccinated are still likely to get it (just less full on than unvaccinated). If you have multiple dogs, only one of them may show symptoms however the others can still be carriers of it.

It is super infectious, think of it like our common cold/flu and how the flu vaccines work. It can survive on surfaces for a period of time too so your dog doesn't need to have physical contact with any other dog to catch it.

Best practice for if your dog has possible symptoms:

Keep in your house/garden
Wait until they are symptom free for a minimum of 7days before going out again, or coming into the salon - 10 days ideally

Do lots of brain games/training with them as they don't need lots of physical exercise if their brains are being stretched, better to be safe than risk passing it on to a vulnerable pupper. Most vulnerable are the puppies, Older dogs and any with pre existing conditions.

If in doubt if they do or don't and they are due in please give me a shout and we can have a chat!

Thank you

Beki

Anyone looking for physio, chiropractic, rehab or just because it's awesome for your doggos! (Yes both my boys get regular checkups!) Give Joy a message!!

Milo enjoying the sunshine last week 🌞

The best thing about treating dogs at home is we can do treatments in the garden. I find dogs are so much more relaxed in their home environment.

Please get in touch if you would like to know more about how I can help your dog 🐶

Munlochy Animal Aid have now opened up their shop at the kennels! (Used to be Bellas bargains)

They have a lot of the everyday things needed, a lot in almost new if not actually new condition! Always worth a check/message to see if they have what you need.

All helps them look after the animals in their care so spread the word!
