There’s a big difference between a dog who has finally run out of energy and a dog who has genuinely learned how to switch off.

Some dogs can spend hours walking, playing and sniffing, then come home and still struggle to relax.

Teaching your dog how to calmly switch off can be incredibly valuable, especially for dogs who are easily overstimulated, constantly on the go or struggle to relax in different environments.

Sometimes your dog doesn’t need more stimulation. They need to learn how to do nothing.
