Hi all,
Apologies for the lack of updates etc in recent weeks, it's been a rollercoaster of recovery and decision making regarding the business as a whole.
The little accident I had in September which resulted in a Foot Fracture, Wrist Fracture and Dislocation of the AC Joint in shoulder meant I wasn't able to carry out any dog walks for a minimum 6-8 weeks. The doctors had signed me off until 21st November and in this time it's been difficult to keep on top of the usual Bills being self employed and with little to no income during this time.
It's really unfortunate but I am having to Stop all Dog Walks and take a step back from the business until my shoulder has recovered enough for me not to make it worse.
As I am still awaiting my physiotherapy appointments I am not entirely sure what state the shoulder damage is in and whether dog walking and driving throughout the day will cause any further disruption of recovery.
Those who still have outstanding paid walks will have those walks completed ( with the help of either my Partner or can outsource the walk to a trusted dog walker I know )
As of Tomorrow Monday 17th November I won't be taking on any further walks.
I appreciate the support given by everyone since I began the business and hope to get back to Dog Walking in the near future!
