Hello everyone! One of our brilliant night team vets, Nikita, is doing something incredible for Macmillan Cancer Support. She has decided to shave her head to raise money for the charity and wrote this blurb for our lovely clients....
Why I'm Shaving My Head for Macmillan Cancer Support:
Cancer touches everyone's lives at some point. Over the years, I've seen my dad, my best friend's mother and my father-in-law have both been diagnosed with this cruel disease. I know how deeply it affects so many families.
The Macmillan Foundation is a charity that provides vital physical, emotional, and financial support to those facing cancer and also funds important research.
In Australia, I supported the Macmillan Foundation through donations, but now I'm taking a big step to raise funds by shaving my head. Together, we can help raise awareness and provide vital support for people who need it most.
Every donation helps Macmillan be there for more people when they need it most. Join us in supporting this cause!
