Bethan is a 14 year old, 11hh Carneddau mountain pony mare.
She is a very sweet natured girl but she's lacking in confidence. She has come really far since she arrived & she can do a lot more than she realises, but she can worry about people she doesnt know & needs a gentle handler to build her confidence.
She is not looking to do a job and wants to live her life as a pet/companion, she has no history of laminitis but gains weight easily so will need grazing managed accordingly.

- gets on in the herd with no drama
- good once haltered & easy to handle
- good for the farrier/vet/worming/loading

She is a gentle soul that would benefit from being on a private/small, quiet yard. She can't be caught in a larger space presently so needs a home where she can bring herself into a stable or other smaller space to be able to catch her. We believe in a home where she can be given more of a routine with the same person she will come on in leaps & bounds as other older mares have done in the past.

Mildred is a 7 year old, approximately 11.2hh, rare breed Carneddau Mountain pony, mare.
If you are seeking out a striking, confident little pony to join your family then look at this little lady.
She has done some ridden lead rein work with a child in her previous loan home with no issues. She has not worked over winter so would need bringing back in to work & as such requires an experienced handler for this, but has all the ground work in place.
- gets along easily in her mixed herd.

- good to load & travels well.

She is a friendly & inquisitive girl, always come for a nosey. She does love her food, so requires restricted grazing as she can pile on the chunk, so good management in this area is a must. Whilst she is good with children she does need overseeing when around food as can be aggressive but she has all the goods to be a really great kids pony.

NELLIE

Nellie is a 4 year old, approx 11hh, rare breed Carneddau Mountain Pony, mare. If you are looking for the most adorable addition to your horsey family, look no further than our beautiful cuddle bug Nellie noodle.
She may not respect electric fencing that well, but she makes up for this with cuteness overload. She's a dinky little girl with a lovely temperament so would make a lovely family pet or field companion, she also has the potential to be broken to ride of drive with the right family.

TRUDY

Age: 7yo
Height: ~11hh
Breed: Carneddau Mountain Pony
Colour: Liver chestnut
Gender: Mare

Trudy arrived in 2023 after the annual carneddau gathering due to having a noticable lump on the side of her face and being a bit slim to go through winter on the mountains. Once she’d had chance to settle the lump was inspected and found to be a misaligned tooth, removing it would likely cause more issues and it is not causing her any problems with regular dental work.

Shes a little more reserved than some of the others which has sadly meant she has been looked over by potential homes but she really is a sweet little pony. She can be caught with a small treat. She is a very calm and laidback pony who will happily stand to be groomed, trimmed, clip and load.

Trudy was taught to longrein last summer before having the winter off and being restarted again this summer, she started again like she’d never stopped and has since been longreined out in traffic and off-road: alone and with others. Cars, bikes and dogs have been no bother, she hasn’t seen many buses and tractors and so is still a little unsure but the worst she has done is step over to the side or stop as it passed, just needs more exposure to large vehicles. She has been leant over and sat on. With some more work theres no reason she couldnt make a ridden or driven pony (she seems to quite like the carriage😆).

Alternatively shed be just as happy living her life as a companion, she is very kind with other ponies and slots herself into the herd.

Trudy has lived out for the past 18 months and is happier this way but will come in overnight if necessary. She hasn't got a history of laminitis but being a native does need her grazing managed accordingly as she will gain weight easily.

Pebbles was brought in with her poorly mum from the mountains during the 2022 annual health checks of the Carneddau Mountain Ponies.

Having lived the wild life, she was a bit spicy, but has since been well handled, chipped, passported, vaccinated, wormed and is good to catch, lead (she will follow you all day), tie up and front feet for farrier, however, we cant stress enough that she has some proper ninja moves on her with those back feetsies, so is not child safe and needs an experienced home to continue to work on this with her. A quiet, at home environment would be a perfect set up for her really.

She has had no health problems.

Lilhe-Mae was signed over to us over 2 years ago, from a good home, just due to change in owners circumstances. She was a non-ridden companion.

She has been well handled, chipped, passported, vaccinated, wormed and is excellent to catch, lead, tie up and for farrier, however, she has very strong opinions about being asked to do ANY work, ridden or unridden, so why argue with her. She wants a pampered princess home, with some ponies she can boss around and who are we to disagree.

*All rabbits for adoption or twilight foster are fully vaccinated, males neutered and fully vet health checked.*

Our rabbits are looking for a home where they can not only show their lovely characters, but have the space to binky and zoom around. Once they have settled, they will make perfect additions to any home.

We do not re home rabbits to live alone unless we know they cannot live with another rabbit. Ideally, as sociable animals, they need company from other rabbits.

A hutch is not enough! We re home in line with the RWAF guidelines and the minimum space a pair of rabbits need is 3m x 2m which is also completely predator proof. This is both indoors and outdoors.

In the case with all our rabbits, if the adoption or foster doesn’t work, we insist they are returned to us as part of any agreement.

Lucky is a male Lionhead and Daphne, female, she is a mix of domestic and wild rabbit. They are 2 years old. They are very closely bonded and inquisitive. They love nothing more than running around and can be a little reserved, but in time will come around when they trust you. They will definitely come over for a nice piece of Romaine lettuce!!

Waffle and his friend were signed over to us 2 years ago, purely due the failing health of their senior owners, he is a companion only and not to be mistaken for an old man, he thinks he is still a young man and can be a bit inappropriate with the lady horses, so better in a boy gang, he would be good with babies who need someone who will tell them off when needed.

He has been well handled, chipped, passported, vaccinated, wormed and is good to catch, lead, tie up and for farrier.

He has previously had laminitis, but not with us, with basic pony grazing and management.

Ozzy was removed as a weanling, from The mountains during the annual health checks of the Carneddau Mountain Ponies in November 2021, as he wasnt doing as well as he should have been, due to a worm burden, that was resolved without any complications.

He has been well handled, castrated, chipped, passported, vaccinated, wormed and is good to catch when in a daily routine, leads, ties up and for farrier. He is a creature of habit and if he looses his routine, he will revert back to being a challenge to catch.

He has alot of love to give, but lacks confidence, so we are looking for a quiet family home for him.
