Warning ⚠️ rant incoming ⚠️

I do normally take a deposit for appointments, but this one time I didn’t, and once again I’ve been let down by a no-show.
People don’t seem to realise that when you don’t turn up, it massively affects self-employed people. That appointment slot is my wage, and when it’s wasted with no notice, that’s money I’ve lost.
I even send reminder texts the day before, so there really is no excuse not to at least let me know if you can’t make it.
Please, if you no longer want your appointment, have the decency to give self-employed people a heads up so we at least have the chance to fill the slot.

And to all of my loyal customers who always turn up, support my business, and respect my time — thank you so much, it truly means the world to me. 😊
