Hi there, just a quick post to let all our customers know that we have changed our business bank and have new account details for those who pay through bank transfer.
Please don’t use our old details as we won’t receive them but they may still go through.
We will provide you with the new details when you drop your pup/s off for their groom or when you pick them up.

UPDATE - MillieMays
Good Afternoon
Due to the news from Nicola Sturgeon and in line with Scottish Government guidance, MillieMays will reopen on Monday 1st June.

With Government approval to reopen, new protocols will be in place for all of our safety.

As I advised previosly there are now many dogs in desperate need to be groomed. Therefore priority appointments will be given to those cancelled at the beginning of lockdown. I will contact you all within the next two weeks with available appointment spaces.

We look forward to seeing you all very soon.

Good Afternoon

Due to the news from Nicola Sturgeon and in line with Scottish Government guidance, MillieMays will remain closed until we are advised it is safe to work again for both customers and staff.

I realise this is frustrating and we will reopen as soon as it is possible.

With Government approval to reopen, new protocols will be in place for all of our safety.

Good Evening
At this challenging time circumstances are changing so quickly.
Due to the news tonight from Nicola Sturgeon that all non - essential businesses are to be closed with immediate effect MillieMays will be closed to all business until this terrible pandemic is over and it safe to work again
We are very sorry for the short notice and the inconvenience, but the safety of all individuals is so important.
Please stay safe and I would like to thank you all for your support and understanding. I look forward to seeing you all again when this is over

MillieMays – Coronavirus
Business as usual for MillieMays until advised otherwise. 😊

Precautions will be in place with no human to human contact. But as advised by WHO there doesn't appear to be any issues with human to dog contact.

A few minor amendments to help us all stay safe:
• Please do not attend if you have any coronavirus symptoms
• Please feel free to phone and rearrange your appointment if you would prefer.
• NO CASH WHERE POSSIBLE! Bank transfers would be preferred please.(details via messaging)
• Handovers carried out at the front of house at the gate next to the garage.
• Please RING GARAGE DOORBELL when you arrive and you will be met at the side gate.
• Equipment disinfected and sterilised after each dog groom.
