Afternoon! Just a courtesy message for old and new clients looking to book doggies in for Grooms, I am booking up quickly and in advance already this year, which is amazing! thank you to all my loyal customers I really appreciate and value you all 🥰.

So just a gentle reminder to book in, if your thinking of booking in soon or any certain dates in mind to save disappointment. Most of my clients are block booking in 3s or the whole year. So this has left me fully booked some weeks, months in advance, so especially if your need certain days or times around schedules, please book soon, and would highly recommend block booking , again to save disappointment, I do try my hardest to meet everyone's needs 😊

As most aware I no longer do my 4pm slots or a 2pm on a Friday as have had to cut my working hours, which also leaves me super limited Fridays which is a very popular day.

I have a couple random slots available where my diary has levelled out, so always happy to take on new clients where I can, but basically fully booked til mid april, so please get in contact and i will see what i can do to squeeze in where possible 🥰

Hello all 🙂

This is a courtesy message, I am currently fully booked until 21st June, with limited appointments after.

So I am now recommending to my lovely regular clients to block book ahead to make sure you get your regular slots 😊 and of course anyone with certain dates in mind or particular days or times wanted, to book ahead also.

Which also means any cancellations on grooms, I will be unable to rebook for another groom until next available date. And to remind, less than 24 hours notice will be a cancellation fee of 50% and less than 3 hours or no shows will be 100% fee to be paid before booking next appointments 🐶

And finally with all the extra outgoings and rise in living and electricity! I have had to increase my grooming prices a little on all grooms, 😔, I havnt put prices up in a long time.

Blue-Green Algae = 🤢🐶

Look out for and keep dogs away from a blue-green scum that appears on the surface of
water such as rivers, lakes and ponds, it usually appears after a warm spell. Sadly, exposure to toxic blue-green algae can be fatal and can also cause long term health problems in dogs that survive after drinking or swimming in algae-contaminated water.

If you suspect your dog has had contact with blue-green algae, please call us immediately on 01935 310930

You can also report this to the Environmental Agency on 0800 807060

Hello all 👋,

Hope everyone is OK, just a courtesy message im very busy pampering all my doggies, and booking up very quickly, so just thought I'd Write a message to remind all, if you are looking to book your dogs in for grooms please contact me as soon as you can to secure appointments,

Also I'm now recommending block bookings up until end of year as the big C!! Is approaching and already booking into December, so to secure wanted slots to look smart for the big day please contact me or advance book in next grooms.

Also just to remind all, if unable to attend appointments please give me a minimum of 24hours notice, to allow me to fill slots which have remind reserved for you as late notice amd no show/forgotten appointments is a loss or earnings to my small business. So less than 24hours notice will be charged 50% of groom price, which will need to be paid prior booking next appointment and anything less than 2 hours notice or no shows/ forgotten appointments will be charged in full 100% cost of groom prior re booking 🙏
