✅️ Safe to use during pregnancy ❣️
Charlotte Symes, Age 31
I’m currently 18 weeks pregnant with my second baby, and with both pregnancies I’ve struggled with quite severe PGP along with hip and glute pain — especially after being active, walking too far, lifting, or just keeping up with horses, dogs, and a one-year-old. Unfortunately, avoiding those movements just isn’t realistic for me.
While waiting for osteopath and physio appointments to help address the underlying issues, I started using the Theraplate twice a day, and even after only a week I’ve genuinely noticed a difference.
It hasn’t completely stopped the stiffness or pain after activity, but it has definitely reduced it. What’s been most noticeable is the recovery afterwards. Normally, if I trigger a spasm or overdo things, the stiffness and pain can linger for several days — even with full rest. Since using the Theraplate, after a session it almost feels like my body resets overnight, and the next day I’m far less sore and much more mobile.
I also had one particularly bad spasm after not using it for about a week, where I could barely walk, sit, or lie down comfortably. After doing 2–3 sessions back to back, I had noticeably more mobility and a significant reduction in pain.
An unexpected bonus has been improvements in fatigue and sleep too, which during pregnancy is huge.
I’m still very early into using it and obviously continuing with physio/osteopathy support, but so far the Theraplate has become a really helpful part of managing my symptoms as my pregnancy progresses.
