While we do have air con in the salons, getting to and from them may become an issue. If you need to get a hold of us for assistance in getting your pet from your vehicle into the salon or anything else please call us on 03300 160 170

We are happy to rebook appointments if you want to rearrange.

While we love the sunshine it can make things more difficult for our pets. If you have an upcoming booking rest assured all our salons do have air conditioning in place.

We do however ask all customers with upcoming appointments to check out guidance at the below link. Your pets welfare will always come first.

Not all dogs need styling but all could benefit from a bath!

We've kept our price low for bath and desheds and we intend to keep them that way. Clear transparent prices for a job done well. These visits include nails as standard.

Our diary gets pretty full, especially over the summer months. Advance booking is recommended and we are always happy to move appointments if what you booked is no longer suitable.

We operate a cancelation list throughout the year but an appointment must be booked in to be on the list to be booked in sooner.

Keeping on top of wooly coats at home can be a struggle, matting happens especially with longer hair and that isn't something to be ashamed of. We get it its difficult, for the majority of dogs a visit every 6 weeks is enough to keep their coat in check and free from severe matting.
