High heat ☀️

We are expecting high temperatures again today and tomorrow. While our salons are air conditioned we ask that you are prompt with collection times to help us keep the number of dogs in the salon as low as possible. If you need assistance with getting your dog from the car in to us please let us know in advance of arriving.

We are not expecting any issues with keeping the salons at a suitable temperature, but please be aware we may need to cancel at short notice should this no longer be the case.

Nail clipping is a walk in service in all branches, no booking required! Just pop in during opening hours and we will be happy to help.

Cwmbran - 9am to 5pm Tuesday to Saturday

Keeping your pet safe is incredibly important to us, we have policies in place for high heat days like today. All our salons have proper ventilation to keep pets cool, and now have air conditioning in place to keep the salons at an appropriate temperature.

Please be mindful of how you transport your pet to us. The pavements are hot and if you need help to carry pets in please let us know ahead of arriving.
