New girl Bear has had the best time starting with us this week. She’s very polite and plays very nicely. She and new boy Archie are fitting in perfectly. Blessed with the best 🧡🐾

Getting 8 dogs to sit for the REALLY good treats requires a firm voice and lots of focus. But they all know what is expected of them and they get lots and lots of very high pitched praise after each command followed. And often a wee cuddle too 🙈 I usually only walk maximum 6 dogs at a time but a client asked me to walk her dogs extra days this week so that means adapting where I walk and still making sure that every dog gets enough care and attention. My clients often txt me last minute to fit in extra walks for their babies and im happy to oblige so long as everyone is safe in the van and cared for. I’m very lucky that the locations I walk are very suitable for a slightly larger pack walk while still managing to be in control of the dogs and conscious of their safety.

New boy Archie is fitting in so well and providing us with lots of laughs with his crazy circle antics. It was also great to have Mylo back with us this week. We are missing his brother Murphy so is such a gentleman but it having some much needed rest. And my sisters chihuahua has been with me all week for his first ever group walks. He’s done brilliantly! Minnie is also now back to full health after a poorly few weeks. Happy times with happy dogs 🧡🐾

Many of you know that in February, we sadly lost my brother in law. Mental health is so complex and we are all devastated and left with so many questions and ‘what if’s’. This month, we will walk the Edinburgh Kilt Walk in memory of him and to raise funds for SOBS (survivors of bereavement by su***de) and Back Onside, two charities which have helped my sister and Davie’s best friend.
