Hiya it’s that time of year when your dogs are running through the fields of cereal crops and hay fields. But after you get them home check their feet, groin area, arm pits, ears and head for seeds and ticks. The seeds can work their way through the skin and causing irritation and pain. The ticks are about the size of a pepper seed they have 8 legs and mouth parts that once pierce the skin feast on your dogs blood 🩸. Unfortunately some dogs become sluggish and lethargic. Hiya I’ve had customers in asking about fireworks and how too calm their pets down. A heavy blanket and or a thick sock, with the toe removed 😁, gently put the sock over the dog’s nose and ears then fold over the ears this acts as a small hug. This works I’ve tried it.
If not put a heavy blanket over them this also acts as a hug makes them feel safe. Keep the light on, also music helps, dance it you like 💃🕺🏿.
You have too do this before your pet starts getting upset because once they start it is very difficult to calm them.

Hiya I also have rabbit, guinea pig, mouse, rat, hamster and gerbil food bedding shavings, hay and straw. Wild bird food as well as chicken and other pet bird seed. Dog and cat food.
Please check your dogs as well as your cats for grass seeds and ticks. Head eyes, ears and nose, groin and feet after they come home prevention is cheaper than cure. Thank you for supporting your local businesses, Morna.
