It's almost time for us to turn our focus towards our family Christmas. We've had a full & fulfilling year, travelling over 19,000 miles for pet transports & providing pet sitting services for multiple families, with love, compassion & professionalism always. We have met so many wonderful people, shared moments of happiness & excitement, but also sadness & grief. Each & every pet & person we meet takes a little piece of our hearts & memory & we truly care about them all.
Many of the transports we carry out are emergencies & are needed quickly. We commit to providing support to these situations whenever we possibly can. We often cancel our own plans, cancel family arrangements & rely on the constant, incredible generosity & understanding of our adult children, who step in, often last minute, offering care to our own pets, while we are on the road, away from home. If we can say yes, we always do & if we can't, we are left with genuine feelings of guilt & failure. All Done Pets is our life, our passion & each & every family, rescue & individual we support genuinely matters to us.
Next year All Done Pets is 10 years old. Since we started, back in 2016, we have travelled 192 000 miles for the welfare & safety of animals, always trying to provide the very highest standards we can, in our unique way. We are commited to keeping going, until we can't.
Heart felt thanks to every single person who has entrusted the care of their pets to us. We never take your belief in us for granted & value your trust.
We have pet sitting commitments over Christmas, but Christmas Day is for our family. That said our phone is always switched on & always monitored, so who knows what after Christmas Day will bring...
