Another absolutely phenomenal dog has left us 🤍😪🥺

I can’t quite believe how many we are losing, especially ones very close to my heart. He will always be remembered and have a space in my heart.

🤍 Dante (aka Pants)

All my love and thoughts go out to those currently feeling their losses. I am thinking of you 🥺

Blue-green algae has been identified at Caldecotte Lake ⚠️

Please do not allow dogs into the water. If you come into contact with the water, please wash your hands. If you or your pets become unwell, please seek medical advice.

We ask that dogs are kept out of all waterbodies in the parks due to the associated risks to them and the environment.

The hardest part of the job, losing them.

I am coming up to my 24th year of working with dogs.

Unfortunately losing them is inevitable but still hurts, a heck of a lot.

I get very close to many of your dogs. I can’t help that. I can’t detach. Their losses cut.

We have lost yet another phenomenal dog today.

Please remember I’m always here to talk to. It absolutely hurts me to loose them but I’m still here for you.

It’s been a few years of losses of many immense dogs. However, the last year or so has seen SO many insanely great dogs leave us.

I don’t usually do these posts but unfortunately, we seem to be having a bit of a time of it the last few months.

Just a few very recent names to remember:
🤍 Kitsi - 13 years
🤍 Murphy - 9 years
🤍 Finn - 13 years
🤍 Clyde - 7 years
🤍 Alfie - 11 years
🤍 Leo - 12 years

I love you all 🤍
I hope Zoltan is looking after you up there 🥹🥺 (I held it together until I wrote his name).

Hold your dogs a bit closer tonight ❤️

This popped up today.
Throw back 12 years!
Where’s that time gone by the way!!

I thought Dewey would want to move out when Finn was born. Dewey was the one I worried about the most, my hand rear. I found him when he was just five weeks old.

We did everything to prepare all the animals for what was to come, but cats internalise their stress.

I absolutely love their relationship, it literally couldn’t be better.

Finn is incredibly fond of them all. They are all so patient and choose to hang out with him ❤️💕
