As you all know I am off this week due to injury 🙄 but it kind of came at a good time with the weather being sooo hot this week. All walks would have been cancelled Tuesday Wednesday Thursday so far this week with the extreme heat anyway. Those who are still at work have been provided for with home visits. Please be careful when taking your dogs out over the next few days, try and walk at stupid o’clock in the morning and as late in the evening as possible. Or better still don’t walk at all! Don’t forget pavements are very hot for little paws too. Your dog will not die missing a few walks but one in the extreme heat can make them very unwell or kill them. I’ve unfortunately seen it happen too many times. Provide cool matts, fans or little ice treats throughout the day.
