The big highlights of the change ⏬

We appreciate that this may be a big adjustment, but we want to reassure you that you and your pet can expect to receive the same experienced, passionate and quality care, just under a different name.

We’ve taken care of all the admin for you and will transfer your pet’s details across in time for your next appointment.

If your pet is a member of our Pet Health Plan, their membership will also continue uninterrupted.

We are all enthusiastic about our new journey as part of the Hampden team and look forward to seeing you at your next appointment. ❤️

As vets, our jobs have always been about protecting animal health and welfare. We now find ourselves in a position where it also our duty to do everything we can to protect human health, particularly those in our community who are most at risk in this unprecedented situation.
Because of this we have reached the decision to stop non essential work. We will be cancelling our routine appointments, allowing us to focus on the animals who need our help the most, whilst limiting movement of individuals and potential spread of COVID-19.
If you are not sure if your appointment is essential, please ring the surgery to discuss it with us. Your pet's welfare is very important to us, as is the health of everyone in our community.

Remember, remember, it’s the 5th of
November! We hope that you all
enjoy , but we know
that it can also be a stressful time
for pets and their owners. To make
it easier for both of you, try to walk
dogs before dark, bring cats indoors
early and build a ‘den’ or safe space
for your pet to take cover in when
they feel frightened.
