What an amazing day at Nene Valley Show! Star of the show for me was Tiramisu, my very special birthday chocolate tri teddy boar. He won the U5 Short Coated Challenge and got me my very first rosette! I couldn't be more pleased with him! He also got 2nd in the U5 Short and Long Coated challenge! 😁☺️

Zeke also did really well, coming third in the adult Short Coated and short and long Coated challenged ☺️

I also picked up 2 gorgeous tri colour teddy girls, Alice and Bourbon today so they are settling in nicely and will add some gorgeous colours to the shed 🥰

I've had my shed since February and today it got an upgrade I've been dreaming of for years! We now have a herd space at the bottom of the hutches and 12 of my gorgeous girls moved into it today 😁 It is a 12ft x 4ft space and gives them a logs per pig, 6 grass bowls, 3 pellet bowls, 4 large water bottles (although this may become 6 if needed) and a large open space 🥰 This will be for all my girls who are staying to be shown or bred, and all my ladies who are in between litters or retired.

Zoe welcomed two fantastic little baby boys this morning at 5.45am! We had a big scare with baby Yogi and really didn't think he was going to make it but when I got home from work there he was running around like his brother as if nothing had happened 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️ So grateful for my little miracle baby and Yoshi has 2 blue eyes which are just amazing to see 🥹 So excited to see how these brothers grow up. Mum is not the most natural, even though this is her 2nd litter, but she does seem to be accepting some parental responsibility now 😅

These are my first purebred aby babies so I am hoping to learn a lot with these little boys and maybe see one of them as part of my show team in the future 🤞🏻😁

I had the best time! I did enter 10 pigs but ended up bringing 8 with me: Ava, Biscoff, Aero, Tiramisu, Zekrom, Zac, Zorua & Zara

Zac did the best, winning his class of U5 brindle/ Tort & White abys out of 7 and then winning the rough U5 challenge against the best teddies and crested which made him 1/18 pigs! So proud of this young pig and excited to see if he can continue it! 😁

Aero also did well, coming 3rd in the rough U5 challenge. Biscoff came 5th in the challenge but 2nd best in her class of 6! And because she is my home-bred baby, this felt like a great achievement. 🥰

Overall a brilliant day and some really lovely judges and other exhibitors! ☺️ Looking forward to Nene Valley in 2 weeks time! 😁
