Our 5-week complete beginners course will help you get started in a way that is fun, relaxing, and de-stressing. Weβll introduce you to the foundations of yoga practice and concentrate on establishing a deeper awareness of your body through breath, movement and focus. Youβll gain a better understanding of how the postures open and strengthen your joints and muscles. Youβll also learn how to use your breath as a tool for managing your stress and energy levels as we build the practice week-by-week.
