The swelling in my finger has gone down considerably over the past 24 hours 🤞

I have an appointment tomorrow with the fracture clinic at the hospital but I should hopefully be back to doing off-lead and gentle walks on Monday. I still don’t have full range of movement and it gets pretty sore if I do too much so I’m going to have to be careful 🫣

I will only be walking dogs I have walked before and some may still need to be swapped to visits for a while 🏡

Thank you to everyone who has sent me such lovely messages 🥹

I feel incredibly blessed to have such kind and understanding clients - this is the first time in over 6 years that I’ve ever needed to take extended time off for an injury and I hate it 🫣

I’m hoping I get some good news on Friday and can think about starting gentle/off lead walks again next week 🤞

Unfortunately all walks for the remainder of the week are cancelled 😭

I’ve fractured my finger in two places and have to keep it still and splinted until I can see the fracture clinic on Friday. I can’t drive or use my left hand properly 😩

I am so sorry. I hate cancelling walks especially with such little notice but I’m afraid it just can’t be helped 😭
