💛 A Little Note About Appointments 💛

We completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. We’ll always do our best to be as flexible as we can 🤍
However, to help us keep the business running smoothly and to cover staff time and wages, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your dog’s grooming appointment.

🐾 Cancellations within 48 hours will incur the full appointment fee

🐾 Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged in full

Late cancellations and no-shows leave empty slots that are very hard for us to fill at short notice.

We really appreciate your understanding and continued support — it means everything to our small business and our team 🐶✨

If you need to make any changes, please just let us know as soon as you can 🤍
