Just so everyone doesn't panic, Sanctuary is closing its stand alone unit and moving back into the rescue. This is so we can make the animals more accessible and slightly longer visiting hours. And with volounteer number we have makes it a whole lot more coverable. So for this week sanctuary won't be open we hope to have it fully done ready for Saturday and the weekend. Rescue open as normal

Our old chameleon from sanctuary Blaze who last year was used by pets at home for there advertising we have had a copy of the photos how we miss him he was such a lovely character. For those who knew Hugo I am afraid he has sadly passed away this afternoon, he wasn't particularly old at about 9-10 years or so and he had a good life. There was no signs of illness and when he deteriorated he passed piece fully within the hour we tried to get to a vet but not available. He will be sadly missed he had a few exciting and stressful moments in his life but we like to think he had a good one.

On the 23rd march there is a family fun day at Hopley House in aid of alder hey childrens charity and was wondering if anyone would like to donate Easter eggs or small prizes for a raffle or tombola. Any donations would need to be here by Friday Thanks in advance
