We know life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans change — and that’s okay! All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows can be tough for small businesses like ours, as that time is set aside just for your pup 🐶💔

Please note: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £10 late cancellation fee, which will be added to your next appointment.
