Please please please remember to keep an eye on your upcoming appointments - we’ve had 5 dogs not turn up today which is a massive loss to the business and a waste of me asking people to come in when they could have done something productive with their day. As I’ve said I have no wiggle room to put anyone back in until June so it’s really important to turn up
