Microworm cultures now available from Aqautic Aupplies Teesside.
Microworms are in my opinion the best first food you can offer any fry from guppy to corydoras even those to small to eay newly hatched brineshrimp.

They are high in protein and fat which triggers natural hunting instincts and rapid growth.
Unlike powdered foods that can rot quickly microwrms can stay alive in aquarium water for 12 to 48hours, reducing the risk of water fouling.
Microworms reproduce extremely fast, with females producing up to 300 youn in their 20 to 25 day lifespan.

Microworm care:
Prepare the Medium:
Mix porridge oats and a small amount of dried yeast with dechlorinated water until you have a thick, paste-like consistency.
Add the Starter:
Spread a spoonful of a Microworm Starter Culture onto the surface of the medium in a small container.
Ventilation:
Poke small air holes in the lid and cover them with filter floss or a cotton ball to prevent pests like fruit flies from entering.
Wait and Harvest:
Within 3–5 days, worms will begin climbing the walls of the container. Wipe them off with a cotton swab or paintbrush and swish them directly into your tank.
