🐾 Meet the Team Monday! 🐾

Say hello to our dedicated trainer, Anna!
Anna has been working with dogs for over 13 years and has been a valued member of the Royvon team for the past 6 years. With a deep passion for canine behaviour, she brings a wealth of experience to every training session.
Anna is the proud owner of three lovely Border Collies—Bella, Mist, and Merlin—who definitely keep her on her toes! It’s no surprise that her favourite breed is the Border Collie, but she truly loves working with all dogs, no matter the size or temperament.
She is highly skilled in addressing a wide range of behavioural challenges, obedience training, and even trick training.
Her favourite part of the job? Helping owners truly understand their dogs and build a harmonious relationship based on trust and communication.
When she's not working with dogs, Anna enjoys relaxing with her favourite hobbies: "paint by numbers" art and playing the piano.
We’re so lucky to have Anna on our team—bringing knowledge, kindness, and a genuine love for dogs into everything she does! 🐶🎨🎹.

👋 Meet the Team Monday – Say hello to Steve!

Steve has been a valued member of the Royvon family for the past four years, and he’s an essential part of our Care Team. His dedication and hands-on approach make him a huge asset to our day-to-day operations.

When things are a little quieter around the centre, Steve doesn’t slow down—he puts his skills to work building enrichment equipment for our dogs, including scent walls and agility structures. His craftsmanship has truly helped create a stimulating and fun environment for the dogs in our care.

Steve shares his life with two furry friends: Casper, a cheeky little Yorkie cross, and Suki, his lovable pug. Outside of work, he has a passion for falconry and finds peace and joy in maintaining his aquarium fish.

And if you’re wondering about his favourite dog breed—it’s the Rhodesian Ridgeback!

Meet the Team Monday!

Say hello to Emma, one of the friendly faces you'll often see (or hear!) when contacting Royvon. Emma joined us in 2023 and works as our wonderful receptionist. She’s the first point of contact for many of our clients—welcoming guests, handling reservations, answering calls, and replying to emails with care and efficiency.
When things get especially busy—like during the summer holidays or Christmas—Emma is always ready to lend a hand to our Dog Care Team, showing her dedication and versatility across the board.

She has a special way with nervous dogs, always offering a calm and reassuring presence.

Emma has grown up with dogs and has a lifelong love for them. Her favourite breed is the elegant and gentle Rough Collie. Emma also loves arts and crafts and spends her free time filled with creativity.

Meet the Team Monday!

Say hello to Richard, a valued member of our Dog Care Team here at Royvon. Richard has been with us for over a year now, and you’ll often find him welcoming guests at reception too. With more than a decade of experience working with dogs, Richard brings a calm and confident presence—especially when working with our more anxious canine companions.

But his talents don’t stop there! Richard is also the green thumb behind the beautiful flowers and lush greenery you see around our site, keeping everything looking vibrant and welcoming.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time on his allotments, exploring the great outdoors, hiking, and caring for his own animals—including ducks, chickens, cats, and his two beloved dogs: a Border Collie Kip and a Springer Spaniel Jaxx. Unsurprisingly, his favourite breed is the ever-loyal Border Collie.

We love dogs of all personalities, breeds and ages at Royvon.

That includes those who have fear or anxiety and display aggression as a result. Our Behaviour Modification Training programme was designed specifically to help dogs with these kinds of issues. Royvon dog training has been developed since the business started in 1959. From our signature residential training to day school, all of our dog training is positive, force-free and led by our expert training team.
