It’s been a month today since we lost Bud. I still don’t even think I can write anything to explain just how special he was.
In all honesty Roam and Home wouldn’t be half of what it is now, without him. From the minute I met him 4 years ago he gave me so much confidence and was a huge reason we could start our groups. He was the most welcoming, well behaved dog you could ever meet, even when he did roll in 🦊💩 on 98% of our walks, and it’s because of him (and his sissy) that my groups are what they are today. Everyone knew he was the boss, not because he had to tell them but because he was naturally a leader and the dog they all wanted to be around.
Walking without you over the past few weeks has felt so wrong but I know that even though you’re not physically next to me, you’re still whispering in your friends ears telling them to be be on their best behaviour. You always were the fun police when it got a bit too rowdy🤣
I know Hudson and Rusty would’ve been so pleased to see you and I hope you’re all up there together eating all your favourite snacks and doing all your favourite things. Thank you for everything my darling boy, see you later 🤎🍫🌈
