❕ - Important info for new and existing customers, please read -❕

I have avoided this for as long as I can but as of 1st July I will have no choice but to increase my prices slightly. With the cost of everything from shampoo to blade sharpening having risen over the last few months I can no longer afford to keep my prices as they are. When collecting your dog please be prepared for a £5 increase on your existing price, either in cash or via bank transfer as usual.

Additionally, as I have addressed in previous posts, I will now be charging a minimum of 50% fee for any missed or cancelled appointments without a minimum of 48hrs notice. I understand life throws things at us at the most inconvenient of times, but one cancellation or no show has the potential to mess up my entire day, not to mention my weekly income.

I hope everyone can understand my current position and reasons why this is necessary.
And it goes without saying I’m always grateful for everybody’s continued support and custom.
