Cancellation post- if you miss your appointment, or forget. You’ll still will be charged for the missed appointment before rebooking. I am self employed so that slot could have been for someone else. I understand things crop up and things happen. Obviously that would be taken into consideration. However please have the courtesy to give at least 24 hours notice.
