Back in 2017 I was a mum of two boys and loving the fact that we had a pony and enjoyed spending time together playing ponies as I’ve had horses in my life since I was young girl.

We enjoyed our Pony Club years and as that came to a natural end (being boys, other interests came along 😢)

Since then…

I have turned my attention to running a new bedding business, selling Pine Wood Pellets of all the things you can do!

2023 is when it all started, with no customers, no reviews and no revenue…and now in 2025 Silva Bed supplies over 80 retailers, equine yards, riding schools, equestrian colleges and directly to customers too. Plus many great reviews 🎉

My life has really changed, Silva Bed has taken over, but as life is for living and new challenges are what makes it interesting I’m all in, determined to give it my best shot!

Are you going to Equifest ? Its being held at Arena UK, near Grantham, over the next 4 days and is busy and fun festival for horse lovers - do come and check it out if you live in the area or fancy a day out. Check out their website and page for all the details.

Our trade stand is set up in the shopping marquee ready for 4 days of Equifest action!

I'll be there, ready to have a chat, talk all things life and horses plus hand out a sample of our pine pellets etc etc - do come and see me if you're there over the next few days.

💚 Exciting news as July 2025 comes to an end - we have TWO more stockists to announce! We are always excited about these announcements as behind the scenes of our small business we are often having conversations with retailers and its always a win when they start to sell our pellets 🎉

Meadows Saddlery & Animal Feeds is a long established family run business located in Newchapel, near Stoke on Trent, Staffs. They sell a comprehensive range of feeds, bedding and horse and pet items as well as clothing for riders too.

Hill view farm shop ltd are another family run business in Royston, Hertfordshire and have a farm shop selling many essentials and seasonal fruit and veg. Plus they sell a big range of animal feeds and bedding now including Silva crumb!
