Now the pointing season is coming to an end, after a super busy winter we have some stables available:

⭐️ breakers/young horses
⭐️ pre trainers
⭐️ rehabilitating horses back from injury
⭐️ problem horses
⭐️ fitness work
⭐️ large pen style stables ideal for box rest

Top class vets, farrier and physios on site regularly.

We specialise in thoroughbreds, however we happily take on non thoroughbreds too.

Friendly yard with a lot of experience in many disciplines, experienced riders, fantastic facilities, ménage, round gallop, horse walker, good hacking, plus lots for them to see on a busy working yard, very good lady riders, who are brave and also ride beautifully on the flat as well as getting your horse jumping/polework.

I just want to thank each and every one of you who has taken the time to congratulate us on the wonderful MUSIC DRIVE finishing 4th at the Cheltenham festival in the foxhunters 🤩 I am sorry if I haven’t replied but genuinely I am so overwhelmed by everyone’s messages!

What a day, I am not sure where to start! 🤯

I am so proud of our small but mighty team here at Foxfield stud, none of this would be possible without you! 🫶

Ellie was having her first ride in the race and in true Callwood style, she took it all in her stride and gave him a class, cool, confident ride, not forgetting this was his first time jumping a regulation fence after only 4 runs over point fences too, which was a massive ask. So much respect and so proud, a young girl who is really going places 👌

His owners the Foxfield stud syndicate who were there in full support embracing every moment, a true reminder that dreams can come true to normal people! Camilla for alllowing us the chance adore DJ and to prove we can produce the goods on the big stage 😍

Last but not least DJ ❤️ you are so loved and I am so glad you have repayed us for everything. I said before he won at brocklesby he was the best chance of a festival winner since top wood, probably a bold statement but also shows how much I thought of him ⭐️
Let’s hope we can finish off the season in fine style 🙏

To top it all off, go go Geronimo finished 2nd under Tom chatfeild Roberts at fakenham gaining him a qualification for aintree ☺️👌

Congratulations to all connections of Music Drive who took the win in the feature Baillie Haylage Mixed Open race at Brocklesby Races last weekend. The 8-year-old, ridden by Ellie Callwood, saw off their nearest pursuer Jet of Magic by 10 lengths. Leicestershire based trainer Kelly Morgan confirmed Music Drive will now head straight to Cheltenham for the St James Palace Festival Champion Hunters Chase.

Today we headed to revesby park with 4 runners and we came home with a double 🥇🥇

Bahio boum ran a blinder to finish 4th in a competitive maiden race under Ben Durrell. He jumped superb and looks to have found his zest again 👌

Music drive won decisively under a fantastic ride from Ellie Callwood and looks very exciting going forwards 💥 huge thanks to Camilla Sharples for everything 🫶

Go go Geronimo won the PPORA veteran horse race in great style under Tom chatfeild Roberts what a legend of a horse he has been for connections ❤️💥🦄

Happy hobbit also ran in the bumper proving to be much greener than anticipated and will come on immensely for the experience 🤞

Shentri 7yo bay gelding is due to make his seasonal debut in January, a very fun horse and will be competitive in conditions and ladies opens this season, hopefully ending the season with the ladies final at Stratford 🤞 it all goes to plan 🙏🐎

A happy, fun, family run yard with good picnics and even better banter! Lots of laughter and enjoyment to be had.

Well what can I say… WOW we started the season with a DOUBLE 🥇🥇🐎

One runner headed south to larkhill and and 3 up north to one of our favourite lucky tracks Alnwick. I cannot tell you how proud I am of our team, who have worked tirelessly to make it run as smoothly as possible and the horses were all immaculate as always, thank you team 🫶

He’s a ripper went to larkhill for the bumper, he ran a very promising race to finish 3rd only beaten 6 lengths. After an unfortunate start where he lost several lengths, he ran a little green but once the penny dropped he stayed on and hit the line hard, he will now be sold through the ThoroughBid online auction this Wednesday and will make a great fun horse for someone going forwards. He’s a straightforward sound type and will certainly give new connections a lot of fun 🐎 viewing are welcome here at Foxfield stud today and tomorrow prior to the sale on Wednesday. ☎️ 💰

Batsman Jack won the young horse maiden up at Alnwick under a great front running ride from Tom. A horse I have always held in high regard, although he hasn’t been easy. He settled away and jumped well, I’m excited for this lads future, he’s so raw and will come on immensely for the experience. Also a lovely touch he was the Chatfeild Roberts first homebred winner 🥇

Bride rovers abu won the restricted under a strong ride from Joe wright to get up on the line. Hes a big scopey horse who will certainly go on and be a lot of fun this season. I can’t take much of the credit for this one as I have only had him for just over a month, Dawn ball has done a great job with him and we are so lucky to have leased him for the season. He’s part of the KM Racing club so if you can’t decide on a Christmas present 🎁 JOIN IN THE FUN! 🥇

Dusart was running a lovely race jumping and travelling well and looked to have his zest back, when he made an error and unfortunately unseated Tom. Both him and Tom are fine and will be ready to go again soon 🤞
