I nearly had everyone there for a second…

I’m sorry! But if you’re going to publicly call someone out for not paying for their session, you might as well use it as an opportunity to show off everything they definitely enjoyed whilst they were here 😂

50 minutes of exclusive use of our award winning secure dog walking field, treats from the on-site shop (Pips Pet Treats), food and drinks delivered from The Larder, Burrough Court, a good dig in the dig pit, a splash in the paddling pools, toys to play with AND the paw wash area (but in this heat we could call it the paw hydration area) before heading home.

"Why would I book a secure dog field when I can walk my dog for free?"

Because Paws in the Park gives you something completely different.

Whether you're working on recall, have a reactive or nervous dog, a puppy learning the ropes, or simply want to let your dog run at full speed without worrying about other dogs, roads or distractions, having a secure field gives you complete peace of mind.

For 50 minutes, the entire 2-acre field is exclusively yours. Secure parking inside the gates, woodland to explore, fresh water, toys, a doggy pool, shelter, paw wash and even drinks and food delivered from The Larder (Mon - Sat, 9am - 3pm) while you walk.

🐶 No looking over your shoulder.

Just watching your dog run, sniff, explore and simply enjoy being a dog.

Trying to help you plan your walks a little further ahead…

The rest of this week (up until Friday) is looking kinder for our four-legged friends, with cooler daytime temperatures making it a great time to enjoy the field. The weekend is currently looking warmer again before temperatures drop back to around 22°C on Monday.

Of course, the British weather loves to keep us on our toes, so please do check your own weather app before travelling, as forecasts can change quickly.

Don’t forget, I also do early bird (from 4am) and late evening sessions, giving you the chance to walk your dog during the coolest parts of the day. Even better, these sessions are discounted startingt from just £10.

I mean… just look at that face. 😂🐾

If that’s not a dog dreaming about their next visit to Paws in the Park, I don’t know what is!

One of my favourite things is seeing your photos afterwards. Muddy paws, huge smiles and dogs that have clearly had the best time just being dogs.

Whether they’re charging around at top speed, having a good sniff through the woodland, cooling off in the pool or carrying their favourite ball from one end of the field to the other, there’s something really special about watching them enjoy their freedom.

🚨 Please don’t skip this reel. It could change the way you use Paws in the Park.

Whether you’re a current customer or you’ve only recently discovered us, this 90-second video is important. It explains why the 10-minute buffer between sessions exists and why arriving early, even if the field looks empty, can have a much bigger impact than you might realise.

I now have a 2 strike policy in place for those who go in before their start time and who wait outside the gate before their time slot. If you're early, park at the other end of the Paddock Car Park and if you see the previous person come out, this ISN'T your call to go in. I have CCTV and will be monitoring this closely. Simply adhere to your start time for the safety of people and paws and then happy days 🐾

“I’ve got an idea…” are some of my favourite words to hear 🐾

One of the things I love most about running Paws in the Park is seeing other small businesses use the space in ways I never imagined.

Jayne from Train With Jayne Dog Training has hosted several workshops here, and shares why she keeps coming back. Of course, the secure field is a huge part of it, but hearing her talk about the support, flexibility and encouragement she receives honestly means the world.

Whether it’s a new training workshop, a confidence-building session, a breed meet-up or something completely different, I’m always happy to chat through ideas and help make them happen. Sometimes the best ideas start with, “This might sound a bit crazy…”

If you’re a canine professional looking for a secure, private space to host a regular class, one-off event or workshop, I’d love to hear from you. My aim is to make the whole process as easy as possible, so you can focus on what you do best.

Nothing makes me happier than hearing stories like this. 🐾

Watching a dog experience off-lead freedom for the very first time is something really special - and knowing Paws in the Park could be part of that moment means the world to me.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. I’m so pleased Loki had the best time exploring, playing and enjoying every second. It’s exactly why I created Paws in the Park - a safe, secure space where dogs can simply be dogs.

Everyone has that one spot they love... 💚🐾

For me, it’s the bench underneath the trees at the top.

There’s something so calming about sitting beneath the trees, listening to the birds, watching the light filter through the leaves and seeing dogs explore at their own pace. It’s one of those places that reminds me exactly why I created Paws in the Park, which was to create a safe and secure space for humans and dogs to relax in nature.

One of my favourite things about Paws in the Park has always been supporting other local businesses that genuinely care about dogs.

Pip’s Pet Treats are exactly that. 🙌🏼

Alice and her sister Kate supply the little shop here at Paws, and after sitting down with Alice for a chat, I came away even more impressed. Their mission is simple … make high quality, natural dog treats affordable so more dogs can enjoy them.

What makes it even more special? They’re just 13 and 18 years old. Seeing young people with this much passion, drive and determination is something I think deserves celebrating.

I’m so proud to have them as part of the Paws family and I hope you’ll show them some love too.
