Please please, Customers !
We love you all. But please take note of our Hours of Operation. The Boundaries are set. It’s how it works for us as a business.
I don’t care who you are as fantastic Customers that you are, even Friends, Family, Lords and Ladies. We get them all.
The common denominator is when we’re Open and when we’re Closed. Just because someone is here 24/7 doesn’t mean you can come early or late.
We are like a shop. Open and closed. Simple!
Trains,planes and automobiles don’t always run on time. It’s tough! I know.
But we do, our gate opens at 9am and closes 4pm during mid week! Guaranteed!
It really should be that easy.
We also won’t keep dogs out front for self collection at any point for any boarders. It voids our insurance for a start.
This does not apply to seasoned Day Care customers as we operate a different locking kennel system to work around our boarding dogs.
