🐾 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I understand that life happens! However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations or no-shows greatly affect my schedule and income. To ensure fairness to all clients and to keep our day running smoothly, I kindly ask you to review and respect the following policy:

✅ Appointment Cancellations
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £20 late cancellation fee.
• If you cancel with less than 2 hours’ notice, or don’t show up at all, the full grooming fee may be charged.

🚫 No-Shows
• If you miss your appointment without notice, a 100% no-show fee will apply.
• After 2 no-shows, I may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

🕐 Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may have to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
