To all clients,
This is a difficult post to make but I would really appreciate if everybody could read, as I’d like to reiterate a few points.
This is my main job, it’s not a hobby or a side hustle. I’m grateful to be able to say that this is my main source of income.
I strive to give clients at least 4 weeks notice for my holiday dates, and I’d really appreciate the same in return. I’ve had a few instances recently with clients telling me on a Sunday evening, ‘I won’t need you this week!’ This results in unexpected loss of earnings which as a small business owner I really need to plan for. Unfortunately I do not get paid for time off, and just like everyone else I have bills to pay.
In the same breath, I must be notified at least 4 weeks in advance if you no longer require my services. This massively affects my day-to-day schedule, my planning and my income.
I will be re-sending my Terms & Conditions out to all clients for everybody to please read. This is really important to me as I’m very understanding with my clients but I please ask for the same understanding in return.
