Just a polite reminder☺️

To officially secure your grooming slot, a £20 per dog deposit is required.
• Deadline: Must be paid within 48 hours of booking.
• Note: If the deposit isn't received, your appointment may be released to our waiting list.

Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost on the day!

Well here we go 2026… happy new year to you all and thank you for your continued custom to all of my old and new customers.

For 2026….my aim is to continue to bring you all the best possible service for your furry best friends…

However… it is with regret that I need to do this to ensure the future of my small business…

Unfortunately due to the recent amount of no shows I have no choice but to implement a £20 Non returnable deposit for all appointments.

This MUST be paid on booking.


As a small business, we simply can’t sustain such a loss and I hope you can all understand I have been left with no choice in this matter.

A copy of our cancellation/ no show policy is available for all to read prior to confirmed appointments.

Again, thank you all for your understanding and for your continued support .

I look forward to welcoming you and your furry friends throughout 2026.

We have been absolutely spoiled by you all. Thankyou so much for the kindness and generosity you have shown to us not just at Christmas but all year round🙂

What a year it has been thankyou so much to you all for sticking by me through the tough times . So many of you are amazing friends and we have been on some journey together.

Not everyone made it to the end of this year with us, but we will always remember them and the happy memories we are left with 😇🐶

Anyway shut up Auntie Lisa you have Xmas dinner to help with 🤣
